KPJ series electric flat car is a reel power supply electric car, with cable drum ac 380V power supply. The cable drum is a magnetic hysteresis coupling, ensuring that the cable force is uniform and easy to pull out. Ac 380V provides electric power for YZ lifting metallurgical motor on the flat car, and the motor drives the flat car to run. The cable drum automatically rolls up or out of the cable when it is running, which is affected by the power supply length of the coil drum, and the maximum operating distance is less than 200m. The advantages of this type of flat car are to adopt the motor of crane metallurgy which is suitable for the bad working conditions. The flat car structure is simple and reliable, the price economy and the track construction are convenient.

The rail cart is powered by retracting and releasing cable on cable reel. The cable channel can be reserved between railways.The operation system is low voltage 36v . This series rail cart can be applied in the envioronment , high temperature, anti-explosive etc. The simple structure and low cost make it popular for workshop transportation.
