Double Girder Gantry Crane with Shield mainly used on the installation of the non - excavation device shield machine’s cutterhead and shield body, and the lifting work of tunnel support segment during construction. Have advantage of Stable performance, high production efficiency, easy maintenance, upper part is rotatable spreader, to accommodate the needs of different directions into the dug, with flexible operation mode, has a perfect safety instructions and overload protection devices, maximum to ensure the safety of operating personnel and equipment, the electrical system adopts PLC frequency adjustment, it is beneficial for the institutions control, DMG design, manufacture, inspection execution recently released national standards.
Features
Double Girder Gantry Crane With Shield mainly used on the installation of the non - excavation device shield machine’s cutterhead and shield body, and the lifting work of tunnel support segment during construction.
Adopt Chi with spreader，spreader can rotation 360 degree, suit for different angles of installation of the cutterhead.
Adopt double trolley structure, two trolleys can be linkage, hoisting cutterhead, also can work separately to lift tube sheet.
Lifting using open gear drives and save the cost.
Crane power source is three phase, 50HZ, 380V;
Working temperature is -20~+45 degree,
Maximum relative humidity less than 95%(With condensation);
Working speed less than 20m/s;
Crane work duty A3, A4;
If crane have special requirements for environmental conditions, execution is according to the order contract.
