2.The detail description of offshore portal crane : 

 
- The offshore portal crane is usually called RTG for short, which is is specialized equipments for pilling containers with a large span, thus to make full use of the yard area, strengthen the piling capability of the yard and achieve estimation. They can be used to file containers in the docks, at inland transits and at railway container yards. The theoretical efficiency of them can be designed according to the customers' demands. 

- The offshore portal crane equipped with specialized spreaders to lift standard-sized 20GP, 40GP,45HQ containers and hydraulic storage tanks.
- The offshore portal crane trolley and crane traveling mechanisms equip three-in-one reducer with   convenient maintenance.
- The tires of The offshore portal crane can rotate 90°and move obliquely at 20°and 45°.

 To guarantee the normal operation of crane and avoid the personal casualty and mechanical damage,th  e safety device we provide ar e not only the electric  protective  devices or alarm bell but also other equipments as follows :

- Limit Switch: 
  Safety limit switches for stoppers prevent over traveling in all motions.

  When two crane traveling on the same rail, the cranes will install the following devices:

  Anti-collision device, Infrared non-contact and inductive type limit device

  Sound and light alarm device, Wireless anti-collision device

- Current weight overload protection device

  Includes automatic stopping type lifting weight limiter and weight display device.

- Lifting limit switch and traveling limit switch
