In order to improve the quality of the welder's business and improve the company's overall product quality, the team of Germany's STAHL company's product manager, senior lean production expert Heinz Seeger and the Beijing Lifting Transport Machinery Design and Research Institute (North Institute) team trained our company's welders in theory and practice. Through this training, the welders recognized their own technical deficiencies. They expressed that they would use this rare opportunity to learn modestly and use them in later practical operations to correct bad job habits and strive to improve their own welding operation skills, effectively enhance quality and safety awareness.

Since last September, the Lean Production Consulting Group of Beiqi Institute has been stationed in the Henan Mine. Based on their comprehensive and professional knowledge and analytical skills, combined with the current status of the company, the company’s potential for improvement has been systematically demonstrated, Under their guidance, the end mill standardization workshop which was fully put into production in March 2014 reached an average of one pair of end beams every five minutes. Product qualification rate reached 96.2%, and the labor intensity of the employees was greatly reduced. With a large number of reductions, site occupancy is significantly reduced, and job sites are clean and orderly.
