The Crane's New And Practical Development Trend.
- Oct 31, 2012 -

With the continuous development of science and technology, cranes are also constantly developing and improving.  Today we will talk about the crane's new and practical development trend.

1  structure

The thin-wall profile and special-shaped steel are adopted in the structure of the crane, so that the splicing weld of the structure is reduced, and the fatigue resistance is improved.  Various new high-strength low-alloy steel materials are also adopted, so that the bearing capacity is improved, the stress condition is improved, the self weight is lightened, and the appearance is beautiful.  Bridge crane’s bridge structure mostly uses the box-type four beam structure, main girder and end beam are connected with high strength bolt, which is easy to transport and install.

2 components

new transmission parts are developed to simplify the mechanism of crane.  In order to reduce the weight, improve the bearing capacity, improve the processing and manufacturing conditions, increase the yield of products, welding is used instead of casting, such as reducer shell, coil, pulley, etc. They all adopt welded structure.  Reducer gears adopt hard tooth surface in order to reduce the weight and the volume, improve the bearing capacity, increase the service life.  The application range of hydraulic push rod disc brake is also increasing.  In addition, the motors used in each mechanism are developed at high rotational speeds, resulting in reduced motor base number, reduced weight, reduced overall dimensions, and the use of brakes with low braking torque.

3 electrical control

The crane developed the speed control system and electric control system with good performance, low cost and high reliability, and developed semi-automatic and full-automatic operation. The electromechanical instrument and hydraulic integration technology is adopted to improve the service performance and reliability and increase the function of the crane.
