Marine stiff boom cranes have a compact design and are able to perform a wide range of loadhandling tasks safely and reliably in the challenging marine environment. Standard cranes have lifting capacities ranging from two to ten tonnes, with outreaches of up to20m.Higher capacities are available upon request. The crane is controlled from an operator platform above the slewing ring, with radio remote controlavailable as an option.
The crane controls provide smooth and precise movements of all crane motions. Two motions canbe performed simultaneously, but at reduced speeds.
Standard features:
· Self-contained with integrated electro-hydraulic power packPrecise stepless speed control
· Easy maintenance
· 360 degree continuous slewing
· Emergency lowering
Optional features:
1. Star-delta starter for low starting currentsLimit switches for slewing and hoisting
2. External power pack
3. Floodlights
4. Portable radio electric remote control unit
5. Different pedestal heights
6. Enclosed operator cabin
7. Designed for extremely low temperatures (Arctic climate)
8. Personnel handling
9. Load monitoring system
10. Other features available upon request
The Marine series is a crane that is fitted with a special base for an easy and fixed installation on any kind of vessel, central controls and distributor disjoint from the structure.
There is a procedure that is included in a twocomponent epoxy base coat 40,50 micron thick. It also has two coats of enamel and finish with a 60/80/ micron layer of two component polyurethane. The
unit has a base and secondary jack rods that has a tempered chemical nickel plating of 50 micron and chrome plating of 100 c. There is a double chrome plating on its extension jack rods and rotation
cylinders.
